What is psychotherapy? What is counselling?

Both are ‘talking therapies’, offering the opportunity to focus attention on areas of your life you want to change, or problems you want to resolve in an honest, supportive and confidential environment.

In Counselling you can voice your concerns, work out strategies, develop insights and identify inner resources to meet your needs.

In Psychotherapy you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships or use the process because you are interested in personal development for its own sake.
